Very impressed with Defused. From Raymon's quote to Dan's install, these guys were efficient and straightforward. They came in below some other quotes we had, and kept to it even though we ran into some funky stuff behind the walls. He explained everything and came up with alternatives when we needed them. These guys stayed late till the job was done. Now I'm looking for anything else electrical needing done at my house just so I can call them back!!

Couldn’t be happier with their service and friendliness. We didn’t know after moving into our home that we had a generator hook up. Ray took the time to show us how it operated during the estimate (wasn’t part of the job).Dan the journeyman, along with his apprentice Gavin were extremely efficient and friendly. In and out within an hour to an hour and a half.We needed an old panel and fan removed and replaced. We’re stoked with how it turned out.Thanks guys!

I also had to provide details on the work to my landlord who was asking for more than a standard invoice. They took the time to write up a full report and were so kind in the process. I hired Defused Electrical for a small job. I need a 50amp disconnect converted to an RV style plug with a 120 plug. The guys came out and surveyed the job. They were quick to get me a quote that was more than fair. I was on the schedule in no time. The crew showed up on time and went right to work. I couldn’t be happier.

Dan came out on a Saturday to give me a quote on a few projects. He is very friendly and knowledgeable explained what i needed which was exactly what I knew needed to be done. I had 1 breaker being overloaded and tripping so he was able to add 2 more breakers to relieve the overloading. After he finished the job he walked us thru what he did and what breakers were for what. I had a few questions for him before he came and done the service he was always quick to get back to me great communication. I look forward to have Dan do my next project. Found Diffused Electrical through Angi. Raymond was really nice and very customer oriented. He came out to do a quote and bid and was knowledgeable and listened to my needs. If I had unlimited money I would have used them. I did not choose them because their quote was one of the highest quotes and bid that I got from electrical contractors in the area for the same job. Went with a different company and saved $1500.00.
