When my husband I decided we wanted to downsize our home, we went to our local credit union (who we have been with for over 30 years and finances our homes, autos, credit card, etc) and was unfortunately very disappointed in not only the interest rate but the fact I wasn’t able to use all of my income for the approval. Having known Seth for 20+ years I called him and never looked back. He was able to offer us a much better interest rate AND use all of my income for loan approval. Let me just tell you, from beginning to end this was the most amazing experience in home buying I have ever had!
