They charge a very high fee $35 and $5 for the package receiving service compares to other post office. And even I want to receive only one super important package for my visa while I'm staying at the Airbnb nearby I need to pay $35 setup fee and sign a 5 pages contract and let them copy my passport. I think that's really unreasonable. None of the other post offices have this requirement and I rather pay $2 and let one named Offix Edge receive the package and it's super simple.From my point of view, this store rather make you rent a mailbox instead of the simple package receiving service. if you don't want to do package receiving service then you don't have to do it but even still you should write the requirements clearly on the website so you can not waste other people's time.
