Charron was great! She arrived within 30 minutes after I called. Very professional and polite. She was able to reattach the garage door opener which had pulled out of the ceiling, leaving it hanging. She determined that the bolts that had been installed were not long enough. Charron answered all my questions (even those that had nothing to do with the issue) and made sure everything was working properly before she left. I would highly recommend!
