We hosted our engagement party at Firehouse Loft in February and had such an amazing experience from start to finish. From the moment we first inquired, the team was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire planning process.What truly stood out was how much they genuinely cared about making our event special. An hour before our party started, our original decorator unexpectedly cancelled on us on a Friday during Mardi Gras with three parades passing directly in front of the venue. We were completely stressed, but Sean immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to make sure everything still came together beautifully.Thanks to Sean and the Firehouse Loft team, our engagement party turned out amazing and our guests had the best time. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help in such a chaotic moment meant so much to us. They truly saved our event, and we would absolutely host another event there again. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. We had a client holiday party there and they went all out to help us with set-up and made sure we were happy with everything. It was also very helpful to have a venue that has many nice serving supplies already . They were easy to work with and I liked that I could book a bartender straight through them. As someone who is always planning corporate events, I highly recommend this venue - major shoutouts to Sean, Gina and Robin who helped make our event flawless.
