They were able to fit us into the schedule same-day, arrived within the window and were able to help with our issue. Sy was a pleasure to work with, as well as being very professional and knowledgeable!

Technician arrived in unmarked vehicle-no company logo nor in uniform-not a professional look. He was nice and new to the company. Service charge 150$ which I was aware of but apparently repairs more costly after review-new microwave cheaper which I had debated with myself-should have gone with gut feeling. Also if appliances are over 3 years of age parts are most likely discontinued.

This company has a $150 service fee and a service rate of $300 an hour. They wave the service fee if you use them which leaves you with a Bill of 300.00 for 30 minutes of work.My suggestion be sure to check pricing of other companies.
