Had an appointment for washing machine repair. The person showed up 20 minutes outside of the appointment window. They told us the computer was down to get a quote on the part we needed but shouldn’t take more than an hour. That was 24 hours ago at this point and have never heard back at all. We hired another company to come out and help.Update to respond to the business: My boyfriend made the appointment, so it was in his name. I verified with him that this is the correct company. I saw the confirmation appointment and info myself and was here when the technician arrived. Happy to reach out to you further if you would like.

Cannot recommend A1 enough!! Dwayne was absolutely incredible! He showed up within 15 minutes of me calling with an emergency repair and completed all work within an hour. Will definitely be using A1 only for all my appliance repairs!
