Technician arrived in unmarked vehicle-no company logo nor in uniform-not a professional look. He was nice and new to the company. Service charge 150$ which I was aware of but apparently repairs more costly after review-new microwave cheaper which I had debated with myself-should have gone with gut feeling. Also if appliances are over 3 years of age parts are most likely discontinued.

This company has a $150 service fee and a service rate of $300 an hour. They wave the service fee if you use them which leaves you with a Bill of 300.00 for 30 minutes of work.My suggestion be sure to check pricing of other companies.

I had my dryer worked on 2 weeks ago and my technician was Cory. He was extremely pleasant and knowledgable about his craft! He was patient with me and kept me informed every step of the way! He was very professional and to the point. The thing I appreciate the most was his friendliness and relatability.
