Avoid this company ! I had this company come out to check on an issue we are having with our fridge. The tech sent me an email for an estimate, but it the costs to repair an minor line leak seemed way over priced for us. He was also not ready to fix the repair the same day and said he was going have to come back to fix it. With that and the cost, we decided to not go with their services.At 3pm on Friday, I get a random text saying "Service needs to be paid before 6pm today thank you". This is the first time I had received word of this invoice and they were demanding payment in such a short time that I was unavailable. The next day (Saturday), this company begins to harass me texts, calls, and emails before even 24hrs since I received their text. Their email even contained a threat for legal action. I had not even had the bill for 24hrs!!!Their customer service is to level of inappropriate that is detestable. Please look to any other company for appliance services. We will never use this company again.

"Cory" was dispatched quickly, diagnosed and treated what I considered a major problem with my refigerator/freezer, and was exceptionally kind and generous with his advice and counsel. He was punctual, professional, thoughtful and empathetic. A-Plus resolved the problem within 24 hours and did so with a remarkable service technician. I called for a repair man to visit and tell us why the dryer wasn’t starting. They were able to come out the next morning for a $150.00 diagnostics fee. They advised that the motor was failing and quoted a total repair cost of $650.00. He said it would probably take an hour and the labor cost is $350.00. We decided not to go with the repair and to buy a new unit for that cost.

Update! I wasn't hostile until I recieved the first text, which was uncalled for since I told the CSR I would go elsewhere, then he proceeded to send a passive aggressive text like a child would do! So I called back and asked why the need for the childish text. Told the man it was unprofessional and then he decided to send another text afterwards. Its like you guys are children who cant let it go without having the final word!At no time did I curse, become loud or yell at or call anyone any names, so your definition of hostile needs some updating as well as tour CSR's customer service skills! Dont talk over your customers while they are trying to explain the issue.LACKING IN PROFESSIONALISM! Called about service and the person o. The phone was rude and kept talking over me. Informed him to have a good day and that I would use another service and hung up the phone! Calls me back and tried to talk to me again. I told him again to be clear. His professionalism was lacking and I would be using another service and these were their text responses afterwards!I called and asked why they sent the first text as it seemed infantile at this point! I guess telling them in a calm manner that I would seek service elsewhere was triggering for their sensitive feelings!

Placed a midday call about my dryer not heating and by late afternoon I had a friendly repairman show up to my house. Quickly diagnosed the problem and had necessary materials to fix it! 45 minutes after arriving my dryer was back in working order! I am so thankful for A plus appliance repair and would highly recommend them.
