Andy really knew what he was doing and was happy to explain to me how my ice maker works and show me what he was doing. I had to take off my back panel and clear ice from the fan a couple times between him and my warranty service, and his "training" made it easy. He also reached out to fellow repairmen while here to get some inside info that I used to get the problem fixed under warranty. Honest, friendly, and very helpful.
