Apologies for review delay but better 6 months late than never. Came across Chris and team to service our 9 year old ducted AC system. Punctual (always a great sign), honest guy and clean freaks in the nicest way possible. We were very happy that we got him and team back to help install 3 outside vents (had asked 2 previous guys before who either came and never came back despite promises, and one didn't even bother turning up). He even suggested steel vent caps rather than plastic ones for longevity.I always believe that an honest business will thrive and wish Chris all the success for his young family and business team as a whole. Impact are my go to for any electrical work we need done.I had three different quotes done for a new air conditioning system. Chris was the only one who actually measured our rooms to work out the size of the system that would be best for our home. Others just looked at the size of our existing unit and recommended the exact same. Chris recommended going up in kw and fully explained the rationale.We’ve had a/c, fans, outdoor power, etc. installed by Impact.I’m very happy to recommend Impact for any electrical work. Chris is down to earth and honest.
