We had an excellent leadership day with Mark Topley. He created a really open and engaging atmosphere, helping the team have honest conversations while keeping the session positive and productive. Mark has a great balance of humour, clarity and challenge, and he left us with practical next steps we can act on straight away. A really valuable experience for our team and highly recommended.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Mark. The first was for a Management course for the company. This time I approached Mark for some business coaching.I was at a point in my career where I was running a successful team, however by work lift balance had gone to pot, working 6 days a week, with no sign of let up.Mark worked with me over a course of 8 weeks to help me see the light! Now I have a clear plan of how I want my role to change over the 6 months, and how I might take this forward with my design team.The coaching pushed me to have some difficult conversations with myself and others. I am very grateful for all Marks wisdom and input, and for getting me to a point where I was able to acknowledge that 'I'm proud of myself'!

Another informative and insightful session from Mark who hosted an event for us this week on The recruitment and retention remedy.The session was well timed, punchy and packed with lots of helpful information on.Starting with the recruitment process and induction into your business Mark took us through the type of adverts that appeal to candidates and things we often forget when onboarding, which are so important.How to understand what employees really want and how to make small changes that you may not realise you need to help you keep them!Mark has a great way of delivering content keeping everyone engaged and participating. Always enjoy speaking with him.Good session took away lots of tips and will be putting them into practice.Worth attending one of Marks workshops or sessions if you get a chance!Thanks Mark!

Mark has made an incredible difference to my life as a dental practice owner. Boot camp laid the foundations for a better team and the academy helped ensure the systems he introduced me to became embedded into the practice. Really great training session with Mark! I came away with lots to think about and implemented some things that were discussed straight away. The training was great timing for me with two new members joining our team!
