This wonderful crew lead by Seth Berrands are absolutely the best as they come!Firstly, they travelled all the way from Columbus GA, to Oxford MS (over 12hrs drive) to help out with the recovery from a devasting Winter Storm (2026) that we have never experienced before. They came to help a family member and after they were through with them, they decided to pitch tent and offer assistance to other residents in dire need. We were blessed to be one of the beneficiaries of their benevolence!Secondly, their level of professionalism is second to none in my humble opinion; they went over and beyond the call of duty. I have never witnessed such speed in tree and debris removal ever! It was clean, Seth took his time to explain what, why, and how they are going to do what needed done. We had been without electricity for 7 days!Thirdly, when I offered to give them something, albeit small, they humbly declined! You don't get this often; while they could have taken the opportunity to capitalize on our misfortune, they chose to just help and proceed to the next household in need. I mean, what a special group of hard working men!In the end, the Kenyan in me would not let them leave my house empty handed. So I convinced them to at least allow me to gift them a set of Kenyan beer I had brought from home on my previous summer visit (2 Tuskers and 2 Whitecaps). My reasoning being at least they could enjoy something they've never had after a long day's work, and to remember us by. They accepted and I was happy to share something special from my home country :)Please, folks from Columbus and beyond, support their work, they are more than Master Arborists, to them it's about helping humanity! I hired Seth and his team for a very difficult tree removal. Access to the trees had to go through my neighbors yard - who isn’t very friendly.There was probably 30’ between our houses and I have a 6’ wooden privacy fence right next to the trees that had to come down. I expected to have to replace fence boards as well as deal with an unhappy neighbor because they had to take her fence down and go through her yard.I was wrong. Not a single fence board was broken and when they were done, there was not a leaf or twig in my neighbors yard.They were efficient and professional.I’d highly recommend you letting Seth take a look at whatever you need. I’m not one to give reviews unless I’m highly satisfied.
