We got a few estimates before deciding who to go with and ended up choosing Ross and his team. Really glad we did. Communication was probably the biggest thing that stood out because we always knew what was happening and what the next step was. The guys doing the work were on time, worked hard, and actually paid attention to the small details instead of rushing through it. The project came out better than we expected and completely changed the look of the space. I’d have no problem recommending them to friends or family.

We had been talking about getting some outdoor work done for a while but kept putting it off because we’ve had mixed experiences with contractors in the past. Ross made the whole process really easy from the beginning. He was responsive, explained everything clearly, and kept us updated without us having to constantly reach out. The crew was professional, respectful of the property, and cleaned up really well at the end of each day. There were a couple small details we wanted adjusted near the end and they handled them right away without making it a hassle. Overall, really happy with how everything came together.

I have had two fences on two properties built by Build Outdoors. Their quality is unsurpassed. Both fences have significantly enhanced the yard in appearances. The materials used are the best quality I have seen in any fences in the North Texas area. I will always use Build Outdoors for my fence construction.

Ross and his crew did a great job installing our board on board fence. I have seen fences installed by other companies that already had split boards within months of installation. I have had my fence for three years, and it is still in great shape. Any issues that came up during installation were handled immediately. I would definitely recommend Build Outdoors!

Ross has excellent communication fast and accurate. He got me the fence and gate we needed and delivered the completed project in a few days on budget. Now he is saving me once again after we backed into the fence and knocked the gate off track!

Build Outdoors just installed my new backyard fence, and they have far exceeded my expectations. Ross and his crew are very skilled and did a great job. They built the fence all at the same height, eliminating the unsightly step downs for elevation changes that existed with the old fence. On the side of the fence that faces my yard, Ross enclosed the metal posts with boxes made from the fencing material. Not having to see those posts is a huge improvement over my old fence.

Ross and his team exceeded my expectations. My side yard was a complete mess before and now it looks fantastic. They installed a new 8 foot board on board fence and turfed the whole area within a few days. I highly recommend Build Outdoors and will be using their services in the future.

They did a great job on our new fence and pergola. Beautiful craftsmanship! Great communication, easy to schedule and quick, yet high quality work! They replaced our back patio and front walk, replaced our old ugly fence with a gorgeous horizontal cedar fence, built a pergola with electric for a ceiling fan and mounted a large tv all in 6 days.

We had a fence that was falling down due to being 20+ years old and all the wind in March and April. I hired Build Outdoors to takedown the old fence and replace it with a new Cedar fence. They came in over 1K less than the other bids we received.Everything was done perfectly according to schedule, the crew worked lightning fast and in 2 1/2 days removed the old fence and built 220 ft of new fence.Best value in the DFW area. I highly recommend Build Outdoors!
