Owner Eric Palmer was professional and conscientious throughout the process. When the usual methods left some stubborn algae unremoved, Eric calmly returned with a lift to ensure the work was completed to their high standards. Highly recommend their dedication and thoroughness!

The experience was extraordinary. It started with Russell who is their customer service manager. He actually answered the phone and worked for the company. He was polite, knowledgeable and very professional. Then Jeffrey (technician) performed the site work. He did an outstanding job!!! The roof was well done. He worked hard. Then, the owner, Eric, visited. He assisted Jeffrey a bit and explained the job to me. In addition, Eric is a veteran serving out country. This is a good company.

I have thought long and hard about writing this but decided I needed to. This company rescheduled me twice before showing up. The gal in the office was very apologetic, but nothing for my wasted time was offered. When they did show up the worker acted like he had no idea what I was saying. When I asked to speak to the manager Eric called me. He was rude and hostile.

I wanted to use Patriot pressure washing bc his secretary was nice and the good reviews.I had to POSSIBLY reschedule my appointment so I called and left a voice message, noone answered or returned my call or email. I left an email because they DIDN'T show up or return my call to get a refund... Thereafter, I finally got a call back. Eric was unprofessional and didn't want to give my deposit back.. I had to call my credit card company due to Eric not refunding me like he said he would only bc I threatened him that I would call my credit card company. On behalf of his attitude and unprofessionalism I refused to do business with him.

Its interesting to me that all of the google reviews are positive for this business. First off, my fault for not paying attention when they were late the first time arriving to my home to WASH MY WINDOWS" second, my fault for having them do the windows when they were 2 hours late the second time on 8/28/2025, arriving to wash my windows. Here is the truth; They were late twice. Didn't have the "right equipment" left, came back two weeks later with a pole extender, no ladder, to wash my windows. The employee washing the windows was not adept in how to wash the windows, especially the higher ones. I had to provide instructions. Again, my fault. What transpired was 4 windows being scraped with large razor marks and one window full of window washing film and soapy fluid.I contacted Eric. Asked him to come out to see the windows, He refused. He then hung the phone up on me. I called back and left a message on their answering machine. He called back and was condescending, unprofessional and belligerent when I told him that his employee messed up my windows. He was defensive, talked over me and did not take the time to listen to what I had to say. I told him I would write a review, he told me to go ahead. So I am. This of course is the opposite of when he wanted my business, so beware! I have video of the tool, and before and after pictures of the outside of the windows that he did not want to see. I could not determine that the windows were scraped at the time due to the extreme sun glare. When I did notice, I contacted Eric. He told me," I am not charging you." My reply," of course not, my window replacement costs goes well beyond your charges. Its costing me 4 thousand to replace my windows."The photos show the "outside of a washed window by Patriot Pressure Washing and the "device' that scrapped four of my windows. I sent the tech home and told him to stop when I discovered the front windows and the fact that they looked so bad I didn't know if he had done them.Sad that in this day in age, when things costs so much, businesses take advantage of customers. I would not have written this review at all, but Eric did not take responsibility for what was done. This review is legit. Not sure about the others. Unfortunate google makes you put a star in order to submit. Otherwise, I would not give any.
