Had an appointment to drop my vehicle off on Wednesday to change the thermostat. One day to deal with the warranty company (SilverRock), I get that. Friday, still working on the thermostat (a 2 1/2 hour job), and of course they work bankers hours, closed on weekends, so guess I won't see my vehicle until next week, maybe.More than 3 days for a 2 1/2 hour job replacing the thermostat, you all decide.UPDATE: Picked up my vehicle Monday morning and was met at the counter by the manager (I assume it was the Manager, young lady, glasses, red shirt), who wanted to confront me about my one-star review, with attitude. She said she worked hard to get it out within 48 hours. I dropped it off Wednesday morning; I didn't get it back until Monday. That's not 48 hours.I get that one day's delay for warranty approval, I said as much in my original review. But I was told Friday, and she admitted it was actually done Friday. I just wasn't allowed to pick it up until Monday, two extra days without my car. (If there was a problem doing the work that should have been communicated with me)She then said, "But I appreciate the one-star review," and walked out, ensuring she got the last word in.Since the manager reads these: I'd welcome a conversation without the attitude, you have my number. I've never been treated like that by a manager. Guess they'd rather not have customers know a 2-3 hour thermostat job can take six days.
