My car had just been crunched by some lady and as I was finishing up filing a claim the tow company called and said the tow truck should arrive in 15 mins. He came to the rescue less than 8 mins later and the first thing he asked me was if I was alright. After making sure I was okay he gave me a quick overview of what would happen next and then said he would meet me where my car was being towed (my roommate came to pick me up because we are in a pandemic) he was there less than 5 mins after we got there. Once again, he made sure I was okay, he got my car situated and was back on his way in under 10 minutes. He was very polite, courteous and all around a nice guy. 10/10 would recommend. When I first inquired, I mentioned that I had the special double paned side windows on my car no less than three times, but the window was replaced with the significantly noisier single pane glass that is less thick. When the "technician" showed up, he legitimately did not speak one word of English. Instead, he put my on speakerphone with the guy I originally spoke to. Then once he was finished, I had to pay using PayPal or cashapp, and since I did not have cashapp, I had to pay an extra 5% fee on top of the price. He sent me a link to get a receipt so I could get reimbursed by my insurance and I filled it out, waited a week, emailed them, and I still haven't been contacted back by them. My insurance said I cannot be reimbursed without a receipt, so I am out $500 thanks to them. Less

I had a flat and I called Road Side Angel because of the good reviews. After the new tire replacement, I was pushed to buy a used spare tire for $100 because my car did not come with one. Within 2 months the new replacement tire was flat. The technician refused as he noted the spare was not designed for my car: (1) the spare tire hub is not symmetrical with the wheel (thus the weight of the car is on the bolts and could snap the bolt), and (2) the nuts do not sit flush with the spare.
