I had a bad experience with this lawn service provider. I used them for a lawn mowing service and fertilizing service. Immediately after the first fertilizing service there were burnt brown spots. I messaged them right after. They said it was movers, not them.It was not professional, I don’t think they have deep knowledge or expertise on lawn care and the customer experience was awful.

Met the owner, who selflessly gave up his time to come visibly see the property to give me a quote when most companies want to Google & give verbal quote. I think it's good for company & resident as well to access fully what is important in the lawn care needed. Gilbert was professional, reasonable and able to start promptly. The prior year we used a larger company whom at the time I felt lawn care was good.. Now this year, the lawn care is better than the other company.. it looks great, and very happy with their work and that the cost is reasonable. Billing is prompt, professional and detailed (always knowing exactly what I am paying for and when). BEST of the best.. Many thanks. This company is what you want in a service being provided.

We have a large yard, and this company always does an outstanding job. They pay attention to every detail and never rush the work. When they mulch, they take the time to trim, clean up, and make sure everything looks perfect before they leave. Unlike some companies that simply spread the mulch and move on, they truly care about the quality of their work. Their professionalism and dedication really show, and our yard always looks amazing. I highly recommend them!

I have been with this company for more than two years, and I’ve noticed a recurring issue. Gonlazes schedules mowing services twice within a short period—once at the end of March and again in the first week of April—even when the grass is not growing enough to require it.In my experience with other companies, regular weekly mowing typically doesn’t begin until the end of April. This situation occurred last year (2025) and has happened again this year.When I asked for clarification about the need for mowing twice within six days, I did not receive a clear explanation. Instead, my concerns were dismissed. I believe services should be scheduled based on actual need, and this approach does not seem appropriate.Because of this, I cannot recommend this company.
