Hawkes remodelled our kitchen, laying the groundwork for the installation and finishing the fit.The project was not without unexpected problems but Joe and his team were excellent at reacting to those issues, implementing repairs and minimising delays.Overall we have been impressed by the work that’s been done, and are thankful for how responsive Joe has been pretty much 24/7.My constructive feedback would be that some very minor details that were important to us required a certain level of management. Example being some tiling was originally done to a standard that we were not satisfied with, but upon learning this, Joe was incredibly accommodating and sent someone to correct the errors next day.Overall very satisfied! Having a constant and open line of communication was key. Kitchen looks gorgeous.

Hawks has been a great experience from start to finish, even with some of the hurdles we faced!Joe has a team of contractors he works closely with and, to me have proved their weight in gold in knowledge, standards and professionalism.I procured Joe to convert a conservatory into a bathroom, knock down a non load bearing wall for a new kitchen installation (which Joe’s team did) and reinforce an external wall.The project lasted 3 months and went to plan, timescale and cost. Naturally due to weather or external factors milestones change but Joe was all over this and kept us informed each step of the way.Really pleased with the end results and have Joe in high regard, easily willing to recommend and will be speaking to Joe for our next renovation project.If you are using Joe for your next home improvements, my advice to you is to make sure you have all your ducks in a row in regard to planning, budget and design. Joe is able to support with project management, building control and kitchen installation.Highly recommended and happy to help if you are reading this and have any further questions.

We currently had some work carried out by hawks developments they built from scratch one of our beauty studios from start to finish Joe and his team was amazing they delivered the program that was set out on time the the quality of work was outstanding highly recommend and we will be working with them in the near future.
