Dr Holder is beyond amazing! I have severe anxiety and panic badly when being seen by a dentist. The team knew this before I arrived and were amazing! I felt very comfortable and I was very nervous but Dr Holder and her assistant made me less anxious. Both explained everything in detail before they even did a single exam or xray! If you suffer from anxiety or panic, and you need to see a dentist, this is the place to go! Very impressed!

Totally awesome experience. Theyre attention to detail is fantastic. Everything was explained thoroughly and having a proven plan made the whole experience seamless. Little expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. Dr. Matheson is very friendly and approachable and his assistants are always pleasant and very competent in theyre own right. I am 2 wks post implant surgery on top/bottom. Matheson Dental and their staff are incredible! I had a bad school bus accident when younger my face and teeth did not fare so well. I am 60 yrs old now and my old teeth were so weak/frail. But now...my smile is so precious to me. I am so thankful to this office and staff. They are all so professional and yet so loving. For over 20 years, I avoided the dentist entirely because of severe dental trauma and an intense fear of dental needles and procedures. (When I was young I was held down by dentists and injected while I screamed and struggled)What finally forced me to go back was cracking a tooth. After a lot of fear and hesitation, I sought out Matheson Dentistry for a second opinion because I was searching for a place that felt genuinely trustworthy, authentic, and compassionate.From the very first visit in December 2025, I could immediately feel that this office was different. There was warmth, sincerity, and humanity in every interaction. Ashli, and the front/back office staff made me feel welcomed instead of judged, and for the first time in decades, I actually felt emotionally safe in a dental office.Within two weeks, I had surgery scheduled with Dr. Matheson for implants and multiple fillings. The experience completely exceeded my expectations. My healing process was amazing, the follow-up care was thorough and attentive, and every appointment deepened my trust in both Dr. Matheson’s skill and his character. He has a calm, grounded and joyful presence that made an enormous difference for me, carrying the level of fear that I was.I also had a cleaning with Kristen,  who was incredibly kind, gentle, and reassuring throughout the appointment.A few months later, I needed two more fillings and saw Dr. Han for the first time. I was absolutely terrified going into that appointment because I still carried memories of painful dental experiences from childhood. I requested nitrous oxide because my fear of the injections alone was overwhelming. Dr. Han was so personable, patient, and gentle that the experience became something completely different from what I expected. (I was expecting something painful and scary) His local anesthetic technique was virtually painless. I genuinely could barely feel the needles at all, despite  receiving numbing throughout my mouth. I left that appointment honestly shocked by how safe and cared for I felt!What Matheson Dentistry gave me was more than excellent dental work. They helped rewrite a fear response that had controlled me for over two decades. They replaced fear with trust, shame with compassion, and dread with a feeling of safety I never thought I would experience in a dental office.I recommend Matheson Dentistry wholeheartedly. Their skill is exceptional, but what truly sets them apart is their humanity.
