Nice ice machine was such a wonderful partner while having total knee replacement. Everyone at Recovery was so very professional and delivered machine prior to surgery. I wanted the security of knowing how to operate. So easy. Today my machine started to malfunction. I called the company and in about 4 hours a new machine was replaced. Im continuing my treatment with a smile on my face. This is what customer service really is. I’ve been talking up this wonderful machine to everyone I speak too. So Nuce!
