I had what turned out to be reconstructive shoulde surgery on January 31st 2025 I would like to thank Jerome for his excellent customer service. It was my first major surgery in a few years and I was searching for answers on the Game Ready Ice machine. Jerome went above and beyond he called me and sent me instructional videos. I told Jerome my surgery date he made sure the machine was delivered shortly after my surgery and ready to go. It was one less thing to worry about . No one can tell you the pain you will have after any procedure but the one thing I can say is this machine works. We had a wonderful experience with Jerome at Recovery Rentals. We received our Game Ready machine clean and ready to use immediately, with easy directions how to pack it and return with a prepaid UPS label for when we were done. Jerome sent videos to help and also gave us good tips and tricks for how to use the Game Ready machine efficiently without going through a ridiculous amount of ice. The machine itself was completely worth the cost, my husband used it multiple times a day for 5 weeks after his knee reconstruction surgery. Highly recommend the Game Ready and Recovery Rentals! If I could give it 10 stars I would. This ice machine is amazing. Recovery rentals was also amazing and communication was outstanding. This was used after ACL surgery and it truly was a game changer. We loved it so much, we purchased one to help keep our athletes healthy after competition. Less
