I Joined Sculpt Wellness at the end of February this year, enrolling in their weightloss program. I am so excited to be on this journey with them! I have lost all the weight I wanted and reached my goal weight within the 16 week target! Not only have I lost the weight but I am amazed at the pain relief I have felt as well. I have a job that is physical, and my back, shoulders, and neck hurt almost all the time. I've gone to use the vitamin C IV when I was pretty sick or just couldn't get past something. I felt like it really gave me the health turn around I was looking for. The text details all of the penalties for cancelling or rescheduling. I took off of work to come in for this treat. When I arrived, I was surprised when they said I wasn't in the system I showed them my confirmation text and deposit. The staff took about 15 minutes while I awkwardly sat in the waiting room. Basically the third party booking system messed up and they couldn't get me in today but would be happy to rebook me sometime soon. The apology was minimal and focused on why it was someone else's fault. There was no offer to use the sauna, try something else, get a discount. Nothing to accommodate for my inconvenience and having taken off work for no reason. I understand that mistakes happen, but the blame shifting apology and not working to make it right was a problem. Especially because if I cancelled I would have been faced with penalties. Now I am waiting ten days for my refund to process. Less

Quite disgusted actually. A phone conversation prior to an appointment was EXTREMELY misleading. Arrived for my appointment and was told there was an 1,800.00 membership fee. Her words. The cost of medication was on top of this. I wasted 2 hour trip to be extremely disappointed in what I was told in a phone conversation was not actually correct and absolutely no mention of a membership fee. Extremely misleading. Buyer beware. Make sure they disclose all fees before you make that appointment. Because if it's too good to be true, it is usually false. This was false in advertising and phone conversations.Then you change your comment to what? I can't afford? No. I just prefer to deal with honest people. And if this was a discounted price I'm so glad I didn't rethink. So here is my edited comment.You are right, being told one thing on the phone, and different information in office is not for everyone. I will stick with my provider in Florida who is honest and upfront and doesn't charge a membership fee. As for emails they where sent and not accessible. Go figure. I was at death’s door when I started at Sculp.Wellness. I had been fighting for months for treatment. Rhonda was the most confident woman I had ever met. She ordered labs and assessed my health and drew up a plan—all in a matter of 15-20 minutes. I was a little skeptical as her plan was completely different from what I was expecting but her confidence earned my hope. I followed her plan and within a week I was feeling better. I went to Sculpt today after feeling exhausted and under rested. I also tweaked my back yesterday, so thought I'd try cryo-therapy. I ended up getting red light therapy on my back, cryo-therapy, red light sauna pod, and an IV drip loaded with vitamins. I left feeling like a new person! The Nurse and the front desk person was so welcoming and made me feel so good about coming in. I have also visited Kennewick, and have had excellent service at both.
