We had a full day with Shawn as our tour guide, taking us from Toronto to Niagara Falls. He was very personable and accommodating, making sure to refer to each guest by name and find out what interested them personally. He included unexpected tour stops after checking with the group to ensure everyone was okay with it. This was a pleasant surprise. Although there were delays, we didn't feel anxious or bothered; we were happy to spend the day with the group. We would definitely book another tour with GTA and would request Shawn as our guide. Amazing morning and afternoon with our driver/tour guide- Shawn. An excellent mix of tourism conversation, general chat, and relaxation. We got to see a lot of the local sights and even some funky stuff off the beaten path- like the world’s smallest chapel. We were very nicely accommodated along every stop! Enjoyed our Niagara Falls tour with pickup and dropoff to our hotel. Our driver and guide was polite, helpful and made it a pleasant outing. The star attraction, of course, was the Niagara Falls, which is a sight worth seeing, at least once. You cannot be disappointed. A shout-out for Shawn!
