I live in Northridge condominiums, building 10 (the guys are on building 12 today). They did a superb job, and the perimeter of our building is very tidy -- every fallen shingle picked up! Also, the crews have been wonderfully courteous about minimizing parking disruption from the numerous trucks and equipment they must use.

From start to finish Roof Advisor handled my roof professionally. Paul’s knowledge and professionalism was obvious while he was on site to do an inspection and quote the project. My house has a flat ‘commercial’ style rubber roof, and he was extremely knowledgeable about why the existing roof failed as bad as it did and what to do to prevent the new roof having the same problems. Areas of the roof were restructured to move standing water and a complete ventilation system was added. Elise handled material delivery timing , installation dates and scheduling. All concerns of timing and site logistics were clearly addressed and explained. The installation crew was prompt and professional as well, they were there for a day and a half. Other than a new roof, there was no indication they were there. No scraps or debris to be found anywhere. Paul returned a couple days after for a final inspection and found no issues with the roof itself or the crews work. Start to finish the entire team handled the project far better than I expected!

Paul was excellent to work with on my roof replacement. I had 3 companies come out and his presentation and explanation of product options and how everything works was top notch.
