I recommend everything about it. The venue is cool. The people are even cooler. Honestly one of the best communities to be a part of. It's fantastic if you're brand new to gyms or experienced but wanting to have expert support to improve your workouts and form. It doesn't get boring as they switch the routines every 6 weeks and they encourage you to push yourself in every session without being pushy. The coaching that you receive isn't just the workouts but also mindset, education and nutrition. It is worth every penny. I recommend you just go and see for yourself. ✨💪💛

I have just completed the 6 week challenge and feel so much better. Having never enjoyed exercise and gyms I have now found a place I want to be. I joined this gym to lose weight for my sister's wedding but within a week I knew I would be here for life. Not only have they taught me how to live a healthier lifestyle and helped me to lose weight but I have also completely changed my mentality around food and eating and have a new found confidence that has made me generally more positive in life. The team are all wonderful and everyone who attends is super friendly, such a warm family welcome and encouraging and motivating environment, I guarantee joining 3D will be the best decision you ever make.

I’ve used many different gyms throughout my life and nothing compares to Third dimension. From the minute you walk in there everyone is so welcoming and friendly I’ve never felt more relaxed. The level of service that is provided you will not get anywhere else. Third dimension is a game changer. It is the first gym membership that I have ever stuck with, I have been going there now for 2.5 years. What is different you may ask….there are no egos, no judgement, you get proper coaching in every session, you are supported and everyone is so lovely. The biggest bonus is that you get results!!!! I am fitter and stronger now than I was in my 20s. Don’t believe me give it a go yourself x😊💪🏼

This gym is absolutely brilliant, nothing like a normal gym, it has an amazing vibe with great staff who are welcoming, friendly, encouraging and knowledgeable. You don't feel like a number or a subscription but an actual person on a journey to improving health without judgement but help and encouragement. All the other clients are brilliant and supportive. I will never go back to a regular gym.Thankyou 3D fitness 💪

I’ve always been a little anxious of gyms but Third Dimension Fitness is something else !! I even look forward to the next session and my favourite time is 5.30am !! Everyone is so friendly, the groups are small and you benefit from a PT who helps with the equipment and nutrition. In three weeks, I’ve lost 9lbs and still have another three weeks to go on my 6 week challenge. Would recommend Third Dimension Fitness to anyone and everyone - thank you for giving me the confidence and support xx.

I’ve just completed a 6 week challenge at third dimension fitness. I’m so pleased with the results I lost a total of 19 inches have become stronger and fitter. I will now be continuing on a monthly plan the trainers are enthusiastic and show lots of encourgaement. You get so much more from here than you would a normal gym so it’s worth the extra cost.

Emma is a fantastic trainer, she is so enthusiastic and really motivated me. I made really fast progress and was hitting PB's that I never could've dreamt of. Emma's positivity and grounded approach regarding body positivity always made me feel amazing, and I always looked forward to training with her. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I hated the gym and I could never get my head around it. I have always been self conscious and these guys go above and beyond it’s like a little family. Stu and Pete are so helpful and I have really started to push myself. Everyone is lovely it’s fab get yourself signed up you won’t regret it! I couldn’t imagine life without it now fully recommend. Five stars all round ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great effective fitness programmes, knowledgeable coaches, like minded friendly groups all there for the same thing, I had great results from my initial 6 week challenge, I lost 10lbs, gained muscle and my fat loss is 12% so I’m staying, give it a try
