Super great community. Nicely designed and decorated homes. Quiet area, with plenty of activity options. Great neighbors. Short drive from Ann Arbor, Brighton and South Lyon without the hustle & bustle. Very glad that we have this type of development in Whitmore Lake and I hope we see more growth from these folks in the future. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a short- or long-term place to call home! ❤️

Cannot begin to say how excellent our experience with CHs has been. Heather, in the office, immediately returns our calls, cheerfully and helpfully. Same goes for the few times we've needed maintenance. Always fast and efficient with any work done. So very thankful for great service. Snow removal is quick. Highly recommend Chestnut Hills community.

Great place to live. Very responsive when issues arise. Grounds crew does a great job of mainting the property to keep it looking good in the summer and clear of snow and salting all sidewalks in the winter.
