Initial call was returned within minutes. Got visit & estimate the next day. Small but difficult job(40' ladder needed) was completed in one day and only slightly over original quote due to other problems found when workers got on roof. Sam stayed on site and kept me appraised of progress & problems. Hard working crew. My house is 100+ year old triplex that other local companies would not work on. (Too high or too small a job). I had two chimneys reflashed, ridge vent and several shingles replaced.Highly recommend Impact Roofing

We were having trouble finding a roofer to replace the roof on our vacation cabin. The search was complicated by us living out of state. When I heard about Impact and made one call, they were immediately in touch and we started planning the job from a distance. Now that the job is complete, we couldn't be happier! The crew worked hard throughout the day. They could have easily shortened their long workday by leaving a few little things undone, but that was out of the question for them.
