I am so disappointed. Refresh has always given god service and done a good job. When I phone to book a time, I could not understand the person on the other end of the phone. His accent was very pronounced and he spoke very quickly. He also insisted that I try to book on my cell phone - which I rarely use and am not very adept at given my arthritic hands. He finally gave up and hung up on me. And he did not answer when I tried to call back. I will take Refresh off my list and will not recommend them to my friends. Too bad.

I've had Refresh Carpet Cleaning do my carpets twice. Both times they were punctual, friendly and helpful. I have 35 year old carpets, so I didn't have high expectations, but Volodymyr had them looking great!!
