I worked with Andy he did a phenomenal job. He explained everything so well and gave a very informed report. It was such a peace of mind to have this report and now I can take it to my builder and show him the things that need to get done. Andy found quite a few things even though it was a new built home, so I’m so happy that I went ahead and went through with it. The $400 was well spent for my peace of mind alone. He found a major construction flaw that I would never have picked up on and it could’ve caused damage down the road. I called him that night after the report and he talked to me again about everything I had concerns with so I was able to get even more information to take to the builder.
