I recently had the opportunity to work with Western Skies Inspections and Andy, who was the inspector for a buyer I was representing. Although Andy isn’t my usual inspector, I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience.Andy has such a kind, calming demeanor and a level of patience that truly stood out. My clients had a lot of detailed questions, and he took the time to answer each one thoughtfully and thoroughly. What I especially appreciated was how he communicated findings. He was careful not to use language that felt overwhelming or inflammatory, even when discussing items that weren’t ideal. That approach made a big difference in keeping my clients informed without causing unnecessary stress.He was also very responsive and made himself available for follow-up questions, which I really value as an agent. On top of that, they included a free floor plan with measurements, which was such a great bonus, and helped coordinate additional inspections by connecting us with preferred roofers and scheduling everything within a tight timeframe. That level of service really helps streamline the process for everyone involved.Overall, I was very impressed and will absolutely be adding Western Skies Inspections to my list of preferred inspectors. Andy and his team did a very thorough job detailing the issues found in the condo we hoped to purchase. After their inspection, they spent time walking us and our realtor through the house, showing us the specific problems they found and giving us ample opportunity to ask questions. Some items were significant and others minor but good to know. We used this information to go back to the seller to modify our purchase contract and are very grateful.
