I hired Western States Home Inspections for my two-story townhouse and had an excellent experience from beginning to end.I found them after doing a lot of research because I wanted someone who was very thorough, used modern inspection technology, and could explain things clearly. From my first phone call, they stood out. They were patient with every question I had, never made me feel rushed, and took the time to explain things until I understood.As a young, single woman buying a home on my own, it was especially important to me to feel taken seriously in an industry I’m not very familiar with. I absolutely did. They never talked down to me or made assumptions about what I could understand. They treated me like a capable, informed client and gave me what felt like premium, red-carpet service.The inspection itself was extremely detailed. I also had a sewer scope and termite inspection completed, and they uncovered important issues, including evidence of previous termite activity, that I needed to know about before moving forward.I also loved that they’re a father-and-son business. You can really feel the care and pride they put into their work.My realtor was impressed with them too, and every follow-up question was answered promptly. I would absolutely use Western States again and would recommend them without hesitation.

The inspectors did a great job of walking my client through their findings pointing out concerns directly walking through the property giving thorough explanations. No computer screen review, just an in person review. There was no attic to inspect. I would recommend this company to any buyer or realtor.
