I can't say enough good things about this company! We had a rather last minute window to schedule our home inspection and they were able to not only accommodate our quick turn around, they scheduled and coordinated our other needs as well (termite/pest, roof, sewer) - all within the 3-4hr window we had planned. Andrew and Jakob were very thorough and the report format is highly detailed yet very straight forward. They both spent about 15 minutes at the end of the inspection discussing the items they found (supplemented by the report) and were excellent at communicating their findings and opinions. The listing agent was very impressed as well, I would highly recommend Western States Home Inspection for all your purchasing/selling needs - great company and great people!
