FANTASTIC treatment and service. I've had an entire course of laser hair removal here, the full Hollywood- so I can't show before/after pics but believe me, I'm as smooth as the finest caramel chocolate Easter egg! Before my patch test (Feb 2020) I was extremely nervous as I have a VERY low pain threshold but my patch test was quick and painless. The staff here are truly amazing, polite, professional and accommodating. The pandemic hit a few weeks after my patch test so all my treatments were scattered in and around the various lockdowns. Each time they reopened they contacted me to book me in, I didn't have to chase them. My first appointment was still nerve-wracking especially as I'd been given strict instructions to shave the area prior to arrival and not being used to shaving there I wasn't convinced I'd been thorough enough. I've been waxing for the past few years or so and for me, the least painful wax is a 8/10 on the pain scale, if ten is excruciating and 1 is a gentle breeze. The laser here feels like a 3 on the same scale, the treatment was quick and almost painless, it feels more uncomfortable because the cold air is very, very cold and blowing on the most sensitive external body part but the cool air is essential as it stops the stinging sensation. After only 1 appointment, the hair grew back so much softer and finer, then it fell out! After six sessions, I'm very pleased with the results and I highly recommend Avicenna. I also had a facial consultation and purchased some incredible supplements and skincare products.

I get my full body Laser hair reduction done here, I must say I’ve had 3 different ladies over the course of my appointments just because of my own schedule and every single time I’ve been impressed by their professionalism. I must specifically mention Javaria who was my technician at my last appointment she was efficient , professional and wiped off the white lines after I was done (this was not done previously and I appreciated it as I was going into the office after my appointment). Rim at front desk, just the kind of person that makes everyone feel welcome, I laughed out loud a few times when chatting to her. I have been to one other place for laser but from my limited experience if you’re looking for a place to do Laser hair reduction look no further. I’m a black woman with dark skin and am naturally quite hairy, the treatment has been really good I’ve done 4/6 of treatments and I see significant reduction in my hair regrowth. Booking and rescheduling is a breeze just adhere to the cancellation policy and you shouldn’t have any problems.

Incredible service. Not only are the staff extremely welcoming and kind but they instantly make you feel like you are part of the family. During my consultation, I had a bit of anxiety but they made me feel so comfortable and clarified everything before I started my treatment. They also have the best laser for hair removal treatment, quick and painless for all skin types. Sana is also brilliant and has given me so much knowledge on my skin and how to take care of it. This is the best clinic I have been to and cannot recommend this enough. They also have products by Nourish SK to help you with your hair and skin care, which is definitely worth investing in.

Sana and her team are always welcoming and friendly, and not only that, they make me feel comfortable. I have always been pleased with the service and therapists. I absolutely love my therapist, Esperanza! She was fantastic at making me feel at ease, safe, and relaxed during the sessions, as did the other therapists. They also have medical-grade products, and I absolutely loved the exfoliation accelerator and polish, and the Cyspera intensive pigment corrector, which gave me fantastic results and was worth every penny! I went to a laser clinic prior to attending Avicenna and I couldn’t see any improvements. However the Avicenna team listened to my worries and ensured to check in after every session to see if I could see any improvements.
