Ross from Mitre Roofing recently carried out emergency work on my roof after it was damaged by renovation works on a neighbouring property and I was extremely impressed with the service. Ross managed to fit the job into his schedule at very short notice, arrived when he said he would and identified the problem immediately. The issue was clearly explained to me and then quickly and effectively rectified. Ross was knowledgeable, helpful and completely professional throughout. The quality of repair has given me real peace of mind and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him or to use Mitre Roofing again in the future.

Ross was really communicative and responsive in looking at our issue. He was around the next day and explained the problem and how it can be fixed and was able to sort the issue there and then. A friendly chap and also showed us pictures before and after which helped reassure us.
