John at Pave-Right is honest and forthright in his business dealings. We did a test on the sealing of milled asphalt with an asphalt emulsion. The project came out beautiful and I now have a solid driveway 1000 yds long by 15 ft wide. I finalized the sealing performed by Pave-Right by spreading over 1500lbs of calcium chloride to bond the emulsion deep into the limestone. It's was a very cost effective way of utilizing millings in lieu of asphalt pavement. My total project cost was reduced to about $20,000 from an initial estimate for paving at over $100,000.
