I actually got referred to Alex from one of my buddy’s from the gym and ever since then I haven’t regretted my choice! I had an issue with my lat and scapular and Alex created a plan and gave me workout to do on my own. Showing me different exercises each week while also improving on the pain! Great experience overall and I would 100% come back if anything else happens💪🏽

I had a great experience working with Alex! I went to him with a nagging knee pain and an older shoulder injury. What really stood out was how professional everything was. There was nothing cookie-cutter about his approach, every session was one-on-one and tailored to what I needed. Alex never put unnecessary limitations on me and worked around my current training schedule so that I could keep making progress while rehabbing.He's very knowledgeable, thinks outside the box, and listens to what your goals are. He is truly vested in his client's progress! As a powerlifter I reached out to Alex after I had 2 orthopedics recommend surgery to repair my wrist. Alex brought me in for a consultation and created a plan to get me back on track. He showed me digitally and physically what was impacted and he followed up with the rehab routine, tweaking it as we progressed. After I picked up a nagging adductor injury, Alex worked with me to get me back under a barbell and understand how to move efficiently.
