Very impressed by the way Serene and her team works from the very beginning. Her quotation was accurate, and given that I was working, we met once for her to do a site-viewing for her to confirm the price. Subsequently, her team came on their own to do the actual measurement. Once the item is fabricated, her team immediately called me to ask if they can start installation. On the day of installation, I was told that her team will come at 9am. I couldn't be there, but I was concerned as I did not receive any calls or notifications from them. I texted Serene, only to find out that the job has been done as per promised. And when I came down to inspect later during the day, everything was professionally done. I love how they showcased the quality of their work theough their actions, not just by lip service.
