I had clay titles repaired and gutter repair work done. Their team is very friendly, professional and can get the job done quickly. I found their prices to be more affordable than other top rated roofing competitors and I did not feel pressured to add on extra services, which I did when I got quotes from their competitors. Jordan, Michael and Mariano are great! Thanks for your help getting our roof fixed before the rainy season!

These guys are fantastic. Alex came out to assess my commercial roofing needs and provide an estimate. I had other commercial roofing companies come out as well. The others were either reluctant to tackle the TPO repair project, or wanted to sell me a completely new roof. Alex’s confidence along with his very reasonable bid gave me the confidence to hire Roof Recovery. Alex sent Jesse and his team out to complete the work. They did a great job scheduling around a late summer rain storm and kept me informed through the entire project. As expected a little more roof damage was discovered after taking off the TPO. Jesse and his team documented everything with photographs and a detailed description of their findings and recommended solution. As a multi commercial building and residential property owner having Roof Recovery, Alex and Jesse on speed dial is a critical resource. I highly recommend including Roof Recovery in your bid process for any roofing needs.

I ultimately decided to go a different direction for my immediate roof repairs, but I still wanted to leave Roof Recovery a review because of the experience I had with Alex.Alex gave me by far one of the most thorough roof inspections I received while getting multiple estimates. He took the time to show me the problem areas, explain what he was seeing, and provided a very detailed written assessment that helped me better understand the condition of my roof and the different options available to me.What I appreciated most was that there was never any pressure. I was upfront that financing and timing were concerns, and Alex was patient while my family considered our options. Even after I let him know we were going another direction for the immediate repairs, he was gracious and professional about it.Although I can't review their actual repair workmanship since I didn't ultimately hire them for this project, I can absolutely recommend Alex and Roof Recovery based on the inspection, communication, professionalism, and customer service I received.I'll be keeping their information for future roofing work.
