In November of 2022, my husband and I met Ishmael at an open house he was hosting, and we immediately knew he was the realtor we wanted to work with. Between his charisma, his wide breadth of real estate knowledge, and his Essential Hero Home Service not-for-profit, we felt more than comfortable entrusting him to help us make such a big decision. After meeting, we attended his home buying webinar. We started this journey with little to no knowledge of what exactly the process would be like, let alone with a specialty loan since my husband is a doctor. Ishmael explained the entire process from end to end and went above and beyond what one would expect of a realtor. Once we signed with him in January 2023, we found the home we would eventually buy by the middle of February. Ishmael did everything from hopping in a car with our family to go to over a dozen showings across multiple boroughs (some of which we requested the day of, and he was able to get us to see the property in a matter of hours), to researching and presenting us with banks who offered physician’s mortgage loans (and explaining the pros and cons of their offers), to offering reputable referrals for anything we needed (Attorneys, contractors, etc.), to always being quick to respond to any questions we had (most of which were beyond the typical knowledge base of a realtor). Ishamel shined and truly became a trusted friend. He even came to our celebratory housewarming and whipped up a delicious hamburger marinade! His extensive knowledge and commitment to giving us thorough guidance made this daunting process so much easier. We have now been living in our house for a little over a year and are welcoming our first baby in the coming months. Having found a home that was perfect for us was crucial in getting to this beautiful moment in our lives. We can’t thank Ishmael enough for all he’s done for us! We would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I had no idea how to purchase a home. Ishmael literary was a god sent. He is very very knowledgeable. He will walk you through step by step. Explain everything thoroughly. he is very patient and fair. he listens and will give you the best advice on purchasing a property. If you are a first time or second time home buyer definately contact Ishmael. He is really, really good. I purchase a home worth $678,000 dollars and used him to find a renter. its been a year and im in good standing with my mortgage company and my interest rate is low and fair. you have to try him. trust me.

Ishmael is a God sent. We meet in 2020 when all the homes were flying off the shelf. He stood by us every step of the way. He is very patient and professional. When he calls us we have up to 3 to 4 house to view two to three times a week. When he show up he is well prepared. I was the picky wife and my husband was willing to go with any good offer that comes our way. He advice us on how to get on the same page and he also meet our needs individually. He is also very knowledgeable. I still to this day refer him to anyone that needs help. And no matter how big or how small the matter is, he showes up. Ishmael was a one stop shop for us we use of the services he has access to and everyone was top of the line, and 5 stars. I am a happy customer.
