I had a facial massage with Sacha which included a buccal massage . I've been having problems with teeth grinding and clenching for a year. This massage is a game changer! Sacha has freed up my jaw, unknotted my neck and made me the most relaxed in months. As a bonus, the massage has also been incredible for my skin, my laughter lines (at age 60) are visibly reduced. This massage is the most effective treatment I've ever had and I'd 100% recommend Sacha and the clinic as a whole. I'll definitely be going back!

I had chronic pain in my knee, to the point that I was unable to weight bear, affected my sleep and I struggled to navigate stairs/steps. I had a deep tissue back massage and facial massage with Sacha and it was absolutely amazing. The clinic has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. The lady on reception was lovely and I felt really welcome as soon as I stepped through the door. Sacha was great, taking into account my individual circumstances and needs, asking where I held my stress etc. She recommended the buccal massage which I will definitely be going back for at some point. 10/10 would highly recommend Health Space and Sacha.

Sasha’s Buccal massage was amazing! I went in with a headache and left pain free and SO relaxed. I highly recommend this treatment especially for people like me who suffer with chronic headaches and migraines.

I have had many treatments at HS, and I’ve loved every one of them. I’ve had the most amazing reflexology with Claire, just divine. Sports massage with Andy which was amazing, he got my body through training for the Ride London. Acupuncture with Keeley which has been totally transformational for me and my two children. Walking in the door of HS feels therapeutic in itself, such a lovely place, I cannot recommend HS enough.

The best Manicure & Pedicure I’ve had by far. My nails were damaged by a visit elsewhere & after months of patient anticipation.. I booked into Health Space. Marta look her time, expertly manicuring & applying gel. My nails still shine & look so perfect 2 weeks after. A bit pricier than other salons but well worth it as her expertise, care & attention is second to none.

HealthSpace is a first class experience whatever you chose it for. I have been having reflexology for ten years now and all of the reflexologists at HealthSpace are better than anything I have had before. And Marta who does spa treatments is amazing. She takes such a pride in her work whether its waxing or manicures. I cannot recommend her enough.

I just wanted to send a message to you to say what an absolute star Claire is! I have been having reflexology with her a fair few times now, and from the first moment I met her she initially made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. We share a similar background with our reasons for reflexology and I instantly new I had found the perfect person. I honestly can say Claire is the best reflexologist I have EVER had! The amount of care you receive is just outstanding. I wish I could have her all the time. So please don’t ever stop. You are like my therapy!

After a busy week at work on my feet, I booked myself in for the total holistic body massage with Sasha. From the minute you walk through the door and are welcomed by the lovely front of house staff, calming music and essential oils being diffused you are instantly relaxed! Sasha welcomed me and asked how I was feeling and what kind of pressure would be good for me, I told her I needed a good pummelling! Sasha delivered the most amazing body massage that my body was crying out for! The oils used were heavenly and whilst I had a good pummelling it was the most relaxing experience and will definitely be booking in again next month for another treat! Thanks Sasha, 10/10 👊

I’ve done sport most my life and have had various sports massages, but none quite like today. At least once every 6 months an old neck injury is aggravated by my swimming, cycling and running. I seamlessly booked Sasha using the Healthspace online app and after an incredible 50 min treatment was left with a neck feeling like it did in my thirties (not fifties!) Can’t recommend Sasha enough and the professionalism of this wonderful small business in the heart of Hampshire.

I just wanted to say that I LOVE Health Space, it’s such a gorgeous place to come. I love the calm and peaceful atmosphere and it’s simply like stepping into another world, even though it’s right on the high street. I hope one day I might visit in when I’m not in pain and enjoy something luxurious! And also that Andy is an absolute genius and I am so grateful for his wonderful work in fixing me. In five years I have seen four physios, been to several clinics and experienced the benefits of several prescriptions to try and make my back better, Andy has out done them all! He is the only person I’ve ever seen who has made a lasting difference and his determination to make things better, coupled with his experience, ability to explain things and wonderful sense of humour have made treatment with him an absolute joy. I am so grateful for his work and so lucky to have stumbled across him. It was a happy accident that made my life so much less painful!! Thank you!

Visited HealthSpace for the first time for a deep tissue massage. This was required to fix severe muscle stiffness. I found all the staff friendly, professional and courteous. The treatment has significantly improved my discomfort. Highly recommended.

I have now had 3 treatments in healthspace- two sports massages and a luxury pedicure, all were wonderful experiences and the team were knowledgeable and professional. My bad back and neck we're mended in 2 sessions and I felt revived after my pedicure. This is a cut above the norm.
