Horrible communication. WOW! You can leave a nice long rebuttal to the review I left you but you can't answer an email for 3 or 4 days. I never gave you my phone number so I don't know why you are saying my number was incorrect. Secondly, you can't let someone know that you are coming 1 day before you want to clean. Everything in your email is false.

When I called, Janice answered the phone. That was so comforting no voicemail and she was a delight to speak with. We made an appt. to get an estimate for a deep cleaning. She was prompt arriving at the house, was very thorough with our walk around and we had fun. She gave us an estimate that night that was very reasonable and made an appt. for the next day. The cleaning person was also prompt for the cleaning appt. The cleaning was very thorough, every area was very cleaned. The floor was shining and everything looked and smelled just wonderful.
