My house looked suspicious to buyers because 20 years ago some minimal repairs were made for minor leaking in the basement. I needed a structural inspection by a qualified engineer to have proof that the basement is in no danger of flooding than any other basement. The inspector and company must be the best out there. The wait time was minimal and time to receive the report was quick. This was the most professional company I’ve ever hired. From the beginning of the project to the end, they were courteous, friendly and followed through to the end with making sure all my questions had been answered. The one I used was off highway K in O’Fallon but there are different sets and cities in the Midwest that they serve as well. Very good experience!

Excellent service, extremely friendly and explained in detail to me everything they were seeing and possible causes before even knowing I worked in a construction type field, gave me tips to assist in long term counter measures and were extremely polite the entire time, they checked my foundations and were detailed in their approach and even used scan software to have a better idea of what they were seeing inside. 11/10 would recommend to anyone who needs, they got back to me on the results in a day or two and gave me an easily digestible report along with a terminology explanation letter.
