I had multiple meetings happened in scheduled time, so team was very punctual which I respect. Installation went smooth with the quality and in the way we all discussed and agreed before the installation. The only issue had to be addressed with control panel missing red color and had to be replaced. So within few days it was replaced and now all is good. So it means I had positive experience with the company after the installation and I'm sure I can give them a call if any other issue occur. Each person gave me their cell number so I don't have any doubts. Overall I'm happy with the product, company's approach to thing and the improved water quality. The initial testing that was done on my water was very thorough and easy to understand. The comparison of my tap water, the filtered water from my refrigerator and the living water system was very enlightening. And basically made me determine it is a waste of money to buy the refrigerator filters and mine cost $69! The installation was done very quickly and professionally. The plumber was very considerate of my time and was mindful of my work schedule. I work from home and am on the phone so they did all the work that was noisy before I started to work and waited from my breaks to talk to me about the system. I was only disappointed that is all he does because I would have hired him to do any other work I needed. Specifically I asked about descaling my tankless hot water heater but he said - you won’t need to do that now that you have the Honeywell system. That is the other thing that I like, this is a company that is well known and been around for a long time. So, the lifetime guarantee means something. I have been in my house only 6 months and there was already starting to be build up in the dishwasher and the faucets. My teapot had to be cleaned with vinegar every few days and I have had my system about a month and there is no need to clean it with vinegar any more! Best of all, the drinking water is the best! No more need to buy bottled water to drink or filtered water to cook with. I am super excited and know my health will also be better. We recently had Living Water come out to do a free water test. They were very personable and professional through the entire process. They arrived at the time they promised and not only tested our water for chlorine and hard water, but also took the time to walk us through exactly what they were doing and teach us along the way. They even did a soap test where they had us wash our hands and rinse... More

We recently had Living Water come out to do a free water test. They were very personable and professional through the entire process. They arrived at the time they promised and not only tested our water for chlorine and hard water, but also took the time to walk us through exactly what they were doing and teach us along the way. They even did a soap test where they had us wash our hands and rinse one off with the tap water and one off with the filtered water. I can say hours later the hand that was rinsed with filtered water is not dry at all, while the hand rinsed with tap water is flaking and itchy. The difference is night and day! After the testing was completed there was no pushing to buy anything and we could have ended the meeting there, but we decided to learn about the filtration system they offer. It's a Westinghouse whole home filtration system that takes out 95% of contaminants, and on top of that they also include a reverse osmosis system for your kitchen sink to filter out even viruses. We ended up buying a filtration system from them because we knew we could trust their expertise in all things water while also having the ability to call on them to do maintenance, which is literally roughly every five years for our family of three! Not only that, but also included with our purchase was a free five year supply of organic soaps for anything from washing hands to hair to laundry so we can save on money and know that the things we are putting on our bodies are chemical free. A filtration system like this brings me peace of mind that my family will have safe, clean water from everything from consumption, to washing, to even keeping maintenance costs for our home down due to no hard water build up in the pipes. I can't wait for our system to be installed to start enjoying pure water right from the tap! I will definitely be making an updated review once it installed. Less
