He is knowledgeable, responsive, and helped me secure a HELOC on an investment property where most other financial institutions were turning me down (not easy to find a HELOC on an investment). We applied to Bank OF America and New Rez over a month an half ago. Sent them all their requested documents multiple times. While we were waiting I decided to trust Kiyoshi who made it all possible very quickly! It took less than 10 days from the day we started the application till the receipt of the funds! I initially went with my original mortgage company since they handled my first loan, but the process became overwhelming. They kept asking for more and more documents - at one point i joked that they might as well ask for my "firstborn." Communication was slow and updates were slower. Kiyoshi reached out at the perfect time and offered a much better option. Kiyoshi was very efficient and provided an excellent service. He was always very pleasant and would respond to my inquiries any time or day of the week. The process was completed in ten days, weekend included. The difference in service was "day and night."
