Best experience we have had. Fahim came with the Escalade to pick us up from Northbrook to the airport we had a lot of language and he helped us with everything. He was there on time both ways and communicated well.I especially enjoyed the system used for updates on my trip. Mo was very punctual and friendly, and very accommodating when our arrival time changed due to a flight delay. He adjusted without hesitation. The only downside was that there was a bit less space than expected, so I ended up holding one of the twins on my lap. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a fantastic experience with Vip Ridez for my daughter's Sweet 16! The ambiance inside the sprinter limo was perfect. Everything was perfectly on time, and communication was excellent from start to finish. The trip downtown was seamless and the entire group had a wonderful time. I highly recommend them.

WOWW, absolutely excellent service from start to finish. I booked a company transfer last minute and Safvan Saiyed, our driver, handled everything from booking the reservation to any changes to the schedule. He was kind, honest (I left my purse in the car but he came back to return it to me), and flexible. Very accommodating, even when we had asked him close to pick-up time to extend the time out by an extra couple hours. He even made an additional drop off to take one of the guests directly home. WOW, I can't even begin to explain how exceptional this service was. I won't book anywhere else in the future. Thanks for everything!!
