I am so glad to find VIP Ridez. They were wonderful, professional, on time, and great to work with. The vehicle was clean, provided water, great price and temperature control was left to the passengers. I will use in the future!

WOW! What a wonderful experience! Our connection to Milwaukee had been canceled so we had to reroute to Chicago Midway and find a driver to get us to Milwaukee. We had had a long day of travel, frustration and unexpected delays. Our driver patiently waited for us and greeted us with a big smile at 12:30 am. He was professional and friendly. The car was clean, spacious and comfortable. We knew immediately we were in good hands and could fall asleep on the 2 hour drive to Wisconsin. Many thanks for getting us there safely. We highly recommend VIP Ridez!!

This was a perfect experience! 1st, they were so helpful getting us scheduled, 2nd, I made an error in the pick up time it was so easy to correct which which was a pleasant surprise, and 3rd, once the driver arrived he hung out at our venue until we were ready to leave which was so helpful as we still had some wedding goodbyes to complete.Definitely recommend and will use in the future!!

Haven't even used them yet and 5 stars. I'm getting married next month and today realized that we got scammed out of our transportation. I started doing some digging and stumbled upon VIP Ridez. Mo was so quick to respond and I am already less stressed than I was with my previous transport company. Will update after the wedding in September but, feeling confident!

Hi VIP I used obtained your services May 8, 2026 for my daughters Senior Prom. You guys were amazing. Her driver was very understanding and communicated with me via text throughout the entire night of his whereabouts. And as a protective mom I was very pleased. I’d definitely recommended your services and obtain them again. My daughter enjoyed her experience riding with you all. Once again her driver was amazing. My apologies I can’t recall his name but he was professional through and through.

I can’t recommend Mo and VIP Ridez enough!! They were on time, so professional, extremely easy to work with, and made all parts of our pickup/dropoff for a show out in Tinley Park amazing (and for those who have experienced a show out there when you come in from the city, it’s a nightmare situation). But Mo and VIP Ridez made it all so enjoyable! They will absolutely be my go-to for any party bus needs moving forward.
