DO NOT HIRE. JESS IS ILLEGALLY WITHOLD MY WIFE'S FINAL PAY BASED ON SPITE. my wife worked for jess for 3 months coming home crying from the harsh way jess would treat her and other employees, after 3 months my wife found a new job and gave her 2 weeks to jess, now jess is withoulding her final pay (currently 21 days past due) out of spite. This has caused us to be late on rent and run out of groceries. This is terrible situation all because jess can't have her feeling hurt the way she hurts others. Truely disgusting behavior.Update to reply: she was supposed to be paid on the first, there was some paperwork error and postponed her pay till next pay day instead of just paying her when the issue was resolved. Then after that she gave you her 2 weeks notice, the same day you berated her and you guys argued so she left. Then OUT OF SPITE you decided that your gonna hold her pay even longer, which has been confirmed by labour board that is illegal. you should of paid her promptly regardless of whatever policy you write up for your business. What your doing is absolutely disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourself.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Always Sparkling Clean Ladies! We have them come once a month and it's just such a huge wait off our shoulders to have them come and tidy. Our counters, floors, shelves, and walls sparkle after their done! And best part, our dog loves them! We have a pittie that sometimes follows the cleaners around and they don't even blink an eye at her, actually I think they give free belly rubs! I would say my favorite part is they keep notes about your home on what you like and dislike. I never have to go over anything on what needs to be cleaned or moved. I can be on my meetings at home on my laptop and I'm not disturbed. Perk: they send the same cleaning lady which we love so we become comfortable with her. I now have a few friends that have this company. We went thru a few companies before this one and no one comes close to there cleaning standards! 5 Stars all the way!

They have a great attention to detail and use non-toxic products that don’t make your home smell like chemicals. Great communication from start to finish. Nothing less than awesome things to say about Always Sparkling Cleaning Co. I hired a wonderful team of ladies for a move out clean and they were super accommodating to my very specific needs I had to follow according to my rental agency. They were right there immediately to adjust anything that I needed done differently in order to get my deposit returned upon leaving. From start to finish, Jess (owner) was very helpful, friendly and proactive. She made the experience all the better! If you are looking for a wonderful company to trust in your home on a regular basis or need a very thorough deep clean for a move out in your unit I would highly recommend reaching out to Jsss at Always Sparkling Cleaning Co.
