I am regretfully dissappointed with the outcome of my window tint with California Tint. I spent over 1k to get all windows tinted in my new vehicle and have since came in 3 times for them to fix/re-do discrepencies on the tint - now planning to come in a 4th time due to details I've pointed out that they did not catch or fix the 2nd and 3rd time.The 2nd time I came in, I explained to them the bubble on my rear window and a wrinkle in the front windshield. When they finished "correcting" the discrepencies, they returned my vehicle with more than several smudges in the interiors of the side, back, and front windows. I told them this and they simply apologized - but I had to buy the right products just to clean the windows myself - mind you I only had this car for 1 month new.I had to bring my car in a 3rd time because they did not address the winkle I pointed out on the front windshield. Jordan & Nick worked on my window - I kindly asked Jordan if they can make sure to wipe smudges on interior windows and just do a double look around on the windows to ensure no discrepensies. When I picked up my car, I chatted with Nick to just triple check to make sure everything is good.When I checked my car, the first thing I found were their left over supplies and tools inside the backseat of my vehicle. Quite unprofessional ... I'm glad I checked the trunk and my entire vehicle to ensure there's no issues before leaving. In addition, I found mini bubbles all around my window tints.John at the front desk was so kind to get the tools out of my car and to take the time to squeeze out the mini bubbles around all my windows. I pointed out to him the mini bubbles on my rear window and asked if this was the business' service standard - I think he said no.I really don't understand how one can pay 1k to tint all the windows, come in now 4x and the team not catch these small discrepencies on the window tint. This has taken way too much time out of my day & gas money to drive over to Silverdale from where I live and for them to try to get the job done more than once. I'm unsure if my expectations are unreasonable or if this is their business standard, but it sucks to have my car returned with smudges and small bubbles/wrinkles more than once.I give 2 stars because their customer service is at least good - Andrea is an absolute pleasure to speak with and is super professional and empathetic when addressing my concerns. She is the golden standard on how customer service should be done right, above and beyond.
