I didn’t have a great experience. I signed up for the introductory service, which included iv fluids and you could add a mix of vitamins from the menu. My sister and mother had a very different experience. The nurse couldn’t get the iv in. I was lightheaded so she recommended getting just shots of b12, b complex, vit c and magnesium. Two shots in each arm. She asked me if I wanted more water, I said yes, so she brought me some water then told me to take my time. I was lightheaded snd dizzy and she shut the door and left me, nobody came to check to see if I was ok. Before getting started the owner told me that if I didn’t sign up for a package by the end, that I won’t get the vip service next time I come. Well, I didn’t get the vip service today. My mother and sister had massage chairs, heated blankets, heated face masks, I just got left in the intake room. They paid $127 for the introductory service and had a nice relaxing time, I paid $95 for the shots and was left in a room. The owner did comp the B12 shot….i won’t be returning. Also, I heard them discussing how they already made my iv bag, the owner offered it to the staff. At least wait until I was gone!
