I was in severe desperation when I found Greg having spent months trying to get an OC for a simple chair lift in a residential apartment building stairwell. The situation wasn't helped by the unhelpful certifier, nor the unhelpful supplier! Navigating the NSW Planning Portal is extremely and unnecessacrilly complex. Greg was my lifesaver. He's calm and smart. Having been a certifier he understands all the requirements and he's an expert with that awful portal. I wish I knew him at the start of the project.... he would have saved us many $$$s and sleepless nights!

Getting an Occupation Centre has become even more difficult with all OC documents needing to go through the NSW Planning Portal. Greg is an expert with the portal. Even my architect and builder were not able to sort out issues we were having with the portal. I cannot recommend Greg highly enough if you want a quick easy solution to getting your OC issued quickly.
