Think twice about renting this unit or any from List My Rental or Becca. On the surface (and in pictures) the home is fine. Once you get there it’s a bit of a different story and watch out for the after check-out rip-off. The cleanliness of the house at first glance was good. However, the following had issues: • Master bedroom shower had mold around the tub, the grout was yellow with mold or stain, the shower would not drain at all, two towels had dried snot on them that were laid out as clean. • Kitchen: every pan I pulled had to be washed before use due to dried food left on them. Seemed previous renters or cleaning folks just put the pots up without cleaning or inspecting them • Outdoor/Pool: Chairs around fire pit are worn and wire stuck out on one and ripped my shorts. The lounge cushions looked raggedy and not new along with the swinging chairs • TV Room Chair: Found a lid to a Starbucks cup in one of the chairs • PickleBall: advertised as “PickleBall Paradise” with all you needed to play. Had to go buy racquets and balls as theirs were broken or taped together or beat. We left a brand-new set for the owners and next guests. Make sure you to take pictures as this host will nickel and dime you. As mentioned, the outdoor lounge cushions and chairs were old raggedy. After check-out they said we stained one along with another old chair in the dining room and charged us $165 to do “upholstery cleaning”. Also seems they rent the house next door as a party house. We were a family and next door was a throw down party. Would not do business or rent anything with Becca or her company List My Rental in the future.
