We had a great experience with Diagnostic Learning. My son needed to have some testing done to help him qualify for accommodations and his new school and the process with diagnostic learning is very smooth. They got us in fairly quickly. The people we worked with were very friendly and I am happy with my decision to go with them.

As an adult in my early 50s, I was determined yet weary in my quest to identify a service provider who could help me unlock insights into my learning behaviors, styles, gaps, and potential root causes. I embarked on a search for local providers using Google, exploring their webpages, reading comments and reviews, and ultimately decided to reach out to DLS in Plano.Their prompt response to my online inquiry was a positive start. They followed up with additional information via email without any sense of urgency, which I appreciated. All the necessary details were provided upfront, which gave me the clarity I desired. I was able to book an assessment and follow-up appointment that aligned with my travel schedule.During the assessment, which spanned 3.5 hours, I felt comfortable and never felt pressured or judged. In fact, the opposite was true. I’m accustomed to reading signals, and my assessor was encouraging and professional, yet never showing any bias.Before the follow-up review, I received a comprehensive 12-page document that covered all the various tests I had taken, including their scoring, explanations, and finally, a diagnosis with recommendations. The team met with me virtually to review these results in a caring manner, sharing their professional expertise and insights while maintaining a positive and curious demeanor.Now, I have a clearer understanding of the internalized patterns I’ve been carrying since childhood, without a diagnosis until now. I can begin to understand myself more thoroughly, embracing my unique attributes with greater certainty and clarity. This newfound self-awareness will ultimately empower me to make future decisions that will enable rather than create resistance.Thank you DLS.
