Zac has literally changed my life. I have been dealing with a sciatic nerve issue on the right side for 3 years to where I could no longer sleep in a bed. A recliner was the only way to get relief. I also would have pain shoot down my leg when standing from a seated position. It took twice a week visits at first but after about 4 months I am sleeping in a bed and have little to no pain. I no longer need to take muscle relaxers either. I really believed it could not be fixed and I would live in pain the rest of my life. Having been a runner for over 35 years, I thought that my knee was shot and that I would need to get it replaced. I had stopped running, and the pain at times was pretty intense, even when just sitting. When it started interfering with my sleep, I thought I was destined to go under the knife. Luckily, I was directed to Zac Breedlove and his colleague Emma. To my surprise, Zac diagnosed that the crux of the problem was muscle adhesion and nerve entrapment above the knee, especially on on my outer thigh. Who knew? It took some work to progress through the myriad of issues that had built up over decades, but I am back to my normal running routine and no longer experience pain while sitting or sleeping. Miracle workers!

Since becoming a patient of Zac’s my life has changed for the better. I’m a hairstylist that’s been doing hair for the better part of 30 years. The most talented and caring team of health professionals I have ever encountered. Zach and Emma are devoted to your wellbeing. They are dedicated to finding the root cause of your pain and discomfort. I fought knee pain and hamstring issues for over two years when a coworker told me of the success of their treatment program. I had tried surgery, stem cell injections, chiropractors and only had limited success. Resolve soft tissue and Spine did a full assessment, traced the scar tissue structures that were pinching the nerves and treated the cause of my knee pain. Have had an amazing experience here treating 2 primary areas. My right arm has Stage 2 lymphedema from breast cancer and the nerve compression was really bad. After a few treatments, it is SO much better. A lot much less pain and I can do things I couldn't do begore coming.I need a knee replacement and the years of compensation caused my entire legs to hurt. After a few treatments, the difference in pain level and mobility is incredible. Highly recommend!!! A few other fellow pickleball players come and have also experienced great results.

I cannot say enough good things about Zac and Resolve! He and Emma are very professional, kind, and thorough. I've had pain in my neck, low back, and hip post car wreck for the majority of my adult life and have gotten prolotherapy, chiropractic, massage, Rolfing and other treatments. I have in the past gotten some very temporary pain relief, but nothing that has held up with time. My ROM has improved and I feel like a new person!!! My pain was so severe that it was impacting every part of my life, and the relief I have gotten literally brought me to happy tears! My pain decreased from probably an 8 many days to maybe a 2 after just one treatment and I am gradually getting better with each one. I never dreamed I could feel so much better at 56 than I did at 36! Thank you so much!

I visited Resolve for treatment of my persistent shoulder pain, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. For some background, I have consistent shoulder pain over the course of the last 10 years and have been to multiple specialists, chiropractors, and physical therapists and nothing seemed to give me sustained relief. Zac and the entire team were exceptional. They took the time to thoroughly understand my symptoms and concerns, providing a comprehensive evaluation that put me at ease. The whole process took about 3 months but my shoulder pain has gone away. As my shoulder pain was decreasing, I started to get pain in other areas including my triceps. Yes, when you have chronic issues in 1 area there is a good chance you have other issues in other areas that can get overlooked. Zac was able to coincidently remove my pain from my triceps as well. The treatment itself was outstanding. The facilities were clean, modern, and equipped with the latest technology, ensuring that I received top-notch care. I don't post reviews often but I have to share the incredible work that Dr Zach and his team do. I was having hip pain that stopped me from enjoying my runs, I went to several sports therapist, sport doctors, had X-rays, even an MRI done and wasn't getting anywhere. After seeing Zach and his team within weeks I started to see improvements, and after a few months I'm now running pain free, back to training for Ironman events. I'll continue to work with Zach for long term maintenance and highly recommend you give him and his team an opportunity. After 38 orthopaedic surgeries and endless PT appointments, I had given up on the idea of finding relief from all my orthopaedic issues. I heard of adhesion release therapy, however I wasn’t having any luck finding a specialist. I certainly tried many massages, however none of them could bring relief. I found a specialist out west, and that’s just not feasible to travel back and forth each week. I called the specialist out west and he referred me to Zac at Resolve, here in Charlotte. It took a few weeks to get in, however it was worth the wait. So far I’m six weeks into my treatment program and have found more relief than I ever believed was possible. Zac and Emma at Resolve have been the consummate care providers. I had a stress fracture in my foot in 2023 and was exhausting all options to try and avoid surgery (physical therapy, chiropractor, etc) After 10 sessions with Resolve I was able to significantly reduce pain, build confidence to increase usage of the recovering foot and begin work in other areas of my leg that were affected by the injury. My only regret is not approaching Resolve earlier in my recovery process for a consultation. They were always professional, responsive and confidential. They were the perfect partner with my doctor on getting better in my injury situation and I’m very thankful!

My husband had chronic back pain for years before seeing Zac. When I would complain about various aches and pains, he would suggest that I make an appointment with Resolve Soft Tissue & Spine. For some reason, I was hesitant and didn’t make an appointment until I injured my back a couple of months ago. I have been seeing Zac for the past seven weeks and I can't recommend him highly enough! His knowledge and skill were immediately apparent; and, his calm, confident disposition quickly put me at ease and gave me hope that things would get better. I have chronic neck pain and had previously tried everything imaginable with limited results. The only thing that has consistently moved the needle for me is active release by Zac. Zac is the best.
