Amazing Personalized Service - Great Communication! Steve was great from day one. Trying to sell a property while not living in the same city - or even country! - can be quite cumbersome and difficult to manage. I remember that first day when he said to me, "Don't worry. I'll take care of everything." And boy, did he!The entire process as as stress-free as any sale can be and Steve kept me up to date on all of the important things, while happily leaving me out of the lesser important things.His knowledge of the local and hyper-local market was incredibly helpful as I hadn't lived in the area for almost 9 years. Steve is great! We purchased a house in the Chicago metro area while living on the West Coast and making sporadic visits to Chicagoland. Steve was amazing and went above and beyond - keeping our spirits up during months of waiting during a period of market dormancy, driving me around to look at houses during my brief visits, and visiting houses on our behalf, including the one we eventually purchased. Steve helped us navigate the challenges along the way smoothly, and he was a great interface with the sellers' agent, our attorney (who he brought to us and who was also great), the mortgage broker, and the closing staff.
