Tech showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem. Made a temporary fix with my heat until an ordered part came in . Tech was back within a couple of days, installed the new part and things are working as they should now. I’m pleased with the service

This is a quality local company who takes their business seriously and cares for their customers. If you need service do not go anywhere else. Tracy and Omar were incredible throughout the entire process and worked with us to ensure the ac was back up and running better than ever. Same day service and repair that I am glad to have called them for. I will absolutely be calling them for routine inspections and anything else that might be required in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. In early July, they came out to repair my washer. The repair cost me around $350, but the machine was still broken and showing the exact same error message as before.I called them again in early September to follow up, and they told me a different part was now broken, and it would cost another $500 to fix. They did offer a small discount, but at that point, I felt like I was just throwing money away. I asked for the original part their repairman had taken so I could take my business elsewhere.When they returned the part today, my washer won’t even turn on at all. It’s now in worse condition than when this whole process started. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I spent hundreds of dollars, and my washer is completely unusable.I would not recommend this company, as I feel they did not fix the original issue and left me with an even bigger problem.

Fantastic service from beginning to end! I called them as our AC stopped working in the middle of the night and our Warranty company had no one available. Tracy is amazing, super knowledgeable and extremely pleasant . She told me they could have someone come around 8 pm. The tech, Omar came at 8 pm and diagnosed the issue efficiently. The part that was needed he didn't have on their truck so I called Tracy back at 9 pm and at first they said I would need to wait until the next day to get the part. I said is there anything we could do to get it done now and Tracy and her supervisor made it happen. Omar drove down to North Phoenix to pick up the part and arrived back at about 10:30 pm, and fixed the AC by midnight! This is what I call amazing service! Call them today for your cooling and heating service needs , you will be thrilled you did!
