Fantastic experience. I was lucky enough to have a great agent who handled everything including suggesting Jeremiah at BBB Home Inspection. I am living in NoCal but buying in SoCal. Jeremiah booked it right away for a couple of days out and emailed the report moments after he completed the inspection... a huge help for a quick turn around so we can close escrow in about a week!
