Very difficult experience dealing with the management of this company. I have used this cleaning service for 2 1/2 years and have left a good review in the past as I love doing often to support small businesses. I will say that I loved the girls that were sent to clean for me except for one time. They were sweet and did a great job which is why I stayed with this company and tolerated the management instead of going somewhere else. I was upcharged 30% if we took a week off for vacations or scheduling conflicts, yet on the next cleaning it was the same number of girls for the same amount of time. Unfortunately, when you are a paying customer and feel that it is a total transactional relationship with no appreciation of the customer, I had to make the decision to stop services. When I did, I received no thank you for my patronage or any inquiry as to why I stopped my service so that they could use that for improvement. I got a thumbs up after I sent my last payment in. It was actually the last girl that cleaned my house that said she was sorry to see me go. This completely confirmed that I made the right decision. I left this review because I wish that I had known this would be the case before I started service here. For a busy mom of 3, I would not recommend.

Overall good. Found some pieces of and debris around the living room couches after they left. Also counter sill high above the stove is still greasy. Maybe that was our fault for not pointing it all.
